Our winter menu is officially here. Bold flavors and an array of seasonal specialties complement the timeless favorites you know and love. Below, some of the new items available this season at Seagar’s.

Duck Cassoulet

This rich, slow-cooked casserole is a delicious—and seasonally appropriate—first course offered on our new winter menu. The dish combines duck confit and pork belly with herbal tea, white beans and mirepoix, all wrapped in a flaky puff pastry.

French Onion Soup

Winter is the season for soup. The perfect comfort food, our hearty french onion soup will warm you right up. Enjoy a blend of onions simmered in beef stock and topped with crunchy croutons and melted cheese.

Beet Salad

Our Beet Salad is back! Delight in a dish full of roasted beets and bibb lettuce—tossed with seasonal delicacies like candied pistachios and our champagne vinaigrette.

Lamb Chop

We’re known for our classic steak cuts. But did you know that our steaks and our lamb chops are all 100% USDA Prime–the finest meat available. This season, bite into our delicious 20oz lamb chop for a burst of distinctive flavor.

Bruleed Poached Bosc Pear

What is dinner without dessert? Our new menu features a dish combining the seasons top tastes—including pear, vanilla bean, walnut butter and maple shortbread. It’s a greatest hits of winter flavors all in one dessert.
