Seagar’s steaks are truly a cut above. By serving only USDA prime, the highest designation of the eight grades given to beef by the U.S. government, we know we can exceed the highest expectations for a fine-dining experience.

Our menu includes filet mignon, rib eye, porterhouse, New York strip, and steak Diane (prepared tableside), with a variety of preparations, including au poivre, topped with Maytag blue cheese and bacon and Oscar- or Rossini-style.
Our steaks are accompanied by fresh seafood dishes influenced by international and seasonal selections, as well as the abundance of beautiful fish and shellfish in our Gulf waters.
